I'm Katie-Gray and I am the designer, artist, and strategist behind Prints by KG.

You can call me KG.

Prints by KG started with a passion project, my City Prints, which began as a gift for dear friends to remember places that brought us together. It has grown to spread joy and memories to many others and has opened my eyes to the beauty hidden in maps.

​

Because maps are so orderly in nature, experimenting with vibrant colors and spontaneous patterns has kept creating these pieces so fun. The custom requests I've received over the years have inspired me to now offer many new sizes, customizable gallery walls, and poly-prints that feature more than one map in a single piece of artwork.

 

I continued broadening my horizons when I began planning my wedding and discovered a love for creating event designs. I formalized these offerings on this site as my passion for creating them grew stronger. This genre of work is sentimental and carries so much personality so it is particularly rewarding to create.

Today I live in beautiful Raleigh, North Carolina with my husband and our two pups. When I'm not making beautiful things for y'all, you can find me at my day job as a Design Strategy Lead at Lenovo.
